There are countless things that are important when considering what goes into a good school. They could be structure, curriculum, extra curriculars, or many other options. In my opinion there is one thing that stands out abouve the rest. And that is the people in these schools. It is impossible for to succeed in a learning environment without the help of others. This is why when I consider what it means to be a good school I think of the people that I would put in it. Starting from the top, administration has many responsibilities such as running the behind the scenes work that allows the school to function properly. Because theese people have so much power in the system I believe it is important that they hold qualities such as self-awareness and the ability to work well with all types of people. On the next level down, the teachers at the school have to be of the highest quality of people. In my personal experiance, it does not matter how educated the teacher is if they can not connect with the students. Having the ability to be a human being and form relationships with students is essential in my school. I want my teachers not to just be leaders in the educational world but also role models for how to live a good life. And finally the students. While it would be imposible to choose the kids that attend a school it is important that the school does there best to instil qualities in them that will last a life time. Loyalty, determination, and understanding are the three main traits that I would have pushed on the students. This can be done by building a strong community through prode that everyone has in the school.
